Our autumn studies are continuing in Ms. Sheehan’s Junior Infant class, where we are learning about the oak, sycamore and horse chestnut trees. We have been studying the parts of the tree and apple also. As autumn is a busy time for farmers, we are appreciative of all that farmers do to provide us with apples and pumpkins at this busy harvest time. We love to link our SESE studies with art, so I hope you enjoy our apples & apple cores, autumn tree (with finger painted leaves) & pumpkins, which are ready to start Halloween!
