Exploring Our Locality

Junior Infants took advantage of the lovely weather on Friday, 19th April, when they embarked on a tour of our locality. We visited Our Lady of Lourdes Church on our walk. We looked at the altar, bible, baptismal font, tabernacle, sanctuary lamp, stained glass and statues. We saw the Paschal candle that was lit over Easter recently also. Fingers crossed for more dry weather, so we can get out and about exploring more areas in our local area.
