Hot Meals Tasting

Our wonderful student council were treated to a menu tasting last Monday. In this tasting the student council members were afforded the opportunity to trial a number of dishes and give feedback on the meals as part of the Hot School Meals Programme. This was a wonderful way for our students to play an essential part in this programme and to allow the student voice to be heard. The children thoroughly enjoyed all of the tasty and nutritious meals. There were clean plates all round! Our student council had many questions on the background information of the meals and the preparation of the meals. A huge thanks to the Rebecca and Suzi from the Lunch Bag company for answering these questions and for affording the children this wonderful experience.
