Happy Pancake Tuesday! We hope everyone enjoyed making and eating pancakes. Junior Infants recorded a simple pancake recipe while Ms. Sheehan and Laura made pancakes for them. Please find attached some photographs of our pancake making on Pancake Tuesday. We were treated to lots of stories about how wonderful you all are at flipping pancakes up high at home!
