Pottery with Potter Delia O‘Donoghue

Junior Infants and Senior Infants have been privileged to work with potter and artist Delia O’ Donoghue for the past few weeks as part of the Teacher and Artist Partnership (TAP) programme that has been running in Kilcummin NS for the past number of year. Delia has been teaching the children about pottery and clay and the children have been busy working on their own animal theme pottery creations, which they made and decorated themselves under the supervision of Delia. Attached, please find some photographs of some of the sessions with Delia. Our talented potters in Junior Infants and Senior Infants created animal themed pottery pieces. Well done everyone and thanks to Delia for a truly wonderful TAP experience at Kilcummin NS.
