Scoot on Wednesday 2022

As part of the Green Schools initiative, we participated in Scoot on a Weekday (SOW), which is being held nationwide from 7th March-11th March. We were delighted that all our pupils Junior Infants, Senior Infants and First Class brought their scooters and helmets to school for our SOW day. Senior pupils will participate in the Cycle on a Weekday (COW) initiative in May. Our photographs show some of our scooting fun in our school yard. It was a great opportunity for the children to revisit their road safety lessons and they were thrilled to participate in this fantastic initiative, after a break due to Covid-19 restrictions!
